David Mulo

Founder and CEO

David is a youth leader who uses the power of sports to transform the lives of many young people in Africa. He has volunteered and worked in sports for social impact since 2010. As a community impact coach, David has conducted sports for social impact in different parts of Africa. He is an accredited coach with Education Outside the Classroom training to impact the UNSDGs and Safe-Guarding Child Rights through Purposeful Play curriculum and methodology. He has taken part in high-level sport for development training, like the United Nations Sport for Development and Peace Leadership Training in Asia, and the International Olympic Truce Centre in Greece among other programs. In 2014, David founded Green-Kenya, which has impacted thousands of Children in Kenya; helping other African communities develop sports for social impact programs in their communities.

Arnold Gona

Divisions Director Monitoring and Evaluation

With over five years of experience in project management and data science, Arnold currently serve as the division's Director, of Monitoring and Evaluation. In this role, I lead a cross-functional team in designing and implementing data-driven strategies to assess and enhance project impact. I have developed and optimized frameworks that improved data accuracy, enabling clearer insights into program effectiveness and facilitation, an increase in targeted interventions. Through this structured approach to data analysis, our team has completed over 10 projects focused on community development, environmental sustainability, and youth empowerment, positively impacting more than 10,000 individuals across various demographics. I am dedicated to building impactful projects and strive to create initiatives that empower individuals to navigate their careers and achieve meaningful goals. Outside of work, I am an adventurous traveler, always eager to explore new cultures and perspectives. I am also a passionate football enthusiast who values teamwork, discipline, and the sense of community that sports foster.

Susan

Susan Achieng

Women Up Coordinator

Susan has over five years of experience in the field of sport for development, focusing on adolescent girls and single mothers in informal settlements. Her work has centered on menstrual hygiene management and using sports for social impact in areas like gender equity, child rights, and paralegal training. Susan is also trained by the Football Kenya Federation as a referee, enabling her to officiate football matches as assigned by the federation.

Vincent Ouma

Football Development Coach

Vincent has a background in goalkeeping, having played in a semi-amateur league in Nairobi. His passion for teaching through play has been a driving force since childhood, shaping his career in community development. Vincent enjoys his work at Green-Kenya as it allows him to support the community in making meaningful changes in their lives. In his free time, he stays active by playing football, which not only keeps him fit but also gives him the opportunity to mentor younger players. Vincent is also an avid reader and regularly participates in local events to assist his community.
